- Prior to 2097: The Territorial Compromise is signed, after eight years of negotiations, allowing the Vulcans to inspect the colony.
- 2097: The Andorian colonists refuse a Vulcan inspection, leading to their eviction and the renaming of the planetoid to Paan Mokar by the Vulcans (in the Treaty of 2097).
- 2152: Andorians land an armed force on the planetoid, to force a rescission of the Compromise and Treaty; the Vulcans respond similarly. The Vulcans cede it, following arbitration by Earth.
