Ships
There are three types of pages that will detail ship information: those from Timo's Guide, which describe the history of the class design and the operational ships within that class (as well more than few details on Federation history); Class pages, which list the in-game stats of the class (and its close variants) and the ships that make up that class; and individual ships. Each requires a different naming scheme, so that it is clear how each is easily wiki-fied. The below list indicates how each is to be handled, using 'Enterprise' as an example:
- Guide: all articles are to be named per the original article name, preceded by 'Guide:' (ex: Guide: Enterprise)
- Class: as it seems to work for the two big Star Trek wikis, classes will be titled with their name and 'class' (ex: Enterprise class)
- Individual Ships: these pages will be titled by the ship prefix (e.g., USS or IKS), if any, and ship name (ex: Shuguang , IKS Gorkon). If multiple ships exist with the same name, then a disambiguation page should be created and pages titled with the NCC code (or some other relevant identifier, such as class name) in parenthesis following (ex: USS Defiant (NCC-1764)).
