- Between 21 August and 01 September: President Nanietta Bacco is assassinated on Deep Space Nine during opening ceremonies. Baras Rodirya, as "Ishan Anjar", is the designated President Pro Tempore, assumes the office until a special general election can be held. He instead petitions to serve the remainder of Bacco's term, through 2388.[4]
