  1. Cut & paste the following code into the blank planet article.
  2. For the infobox code:
    1. Name: The common name of the planet.
    2. AffiliationImage: just the name of the image is sufficient. e.g., Example.jpg, Example.png, etc. If there is no available image, leave the field blank. Note: this is no longer associated with "Affiliation", but is instead an image of the world (if available). An Affiliation image is an acceptable placeholder, however.
    3. Designation: the cartographical "name" for the planet (see Naming Conventions for Planets).
    4. Affiliation: use wikilinks.
    5. Location: use the solar system (with wikilinks), if it is located there; otherwise briefly describe. (ex: "Rogue planet," "deep space," etc.)
    6. Sector: use wikilinks; default to proper name (ex: Terra Nova sector) over numbered sectors.
    7. Quadrant: use wikilinks.
    8. World Status: state the status of the planet, according to the Economy rules.
    9. Distance: indicate the mean distance of the planet from the star (in AUs); if a moon, leave blank.
    10. Orbit: indicate the numerical number of the planet's orbit around the star; if a moon, leave blank.
    11. Orbital Zone: Indicate the type of zone within which the planet is located: Red, Yellow, Green, Blue.
    12. Orbital Duration: Indicate the length of time in years (and days) for the planet to orbit the star.
