Historical Events
- The published research of Miguel Alcubierre proves that faster-than-light travel is possible even given the physical laws of our space-time continuum. His paper, “The Warp Drive: Hyper-fast Travel Within General Relativity,” is published by the University of Wales. It causes a sensation among the leading Terran space scientists of the day. Practical applications of Alcubierre’s theories are decades in the future, however, given Earth’s current technology and the Eugenics War starting to heat up.[2]
