I can't conceive of why the Federation would violate the neutral zone ''and'' the sovereignty of the RSE to investigate rumors of a secret Romulan base ''with the huge flagship''. Instead, since they did enter orbit, I've decided to move it to the Federation side of the neutral zone, just as StarTrekMaps.com has. However, since the Onias sector exists just coreward of where the website places the system, I've decided to find my own niche place in the similarly-named sector.''
