History

  • 369: The proto-Romulans depart Vulcan in STL ships under the leadership of Tellus, taking all known specifications for warp drive with them.[1][2]
SFC maintains that warp drive had originally been clandestinely developed by scientists of the warlord Sudoc in 320 and slowly improved, until the few existing warp engines were purloined by Tellus for the 369 exodus' scout vessels.
  • 1270: An armada of invading spaceships pour forth from a new wormhole that has formed near Vulcan and opens intermittently.[3]
  • 1376: The intermittent wormhole closes for the final time; the invaders are hunted down and destroyed at their forward bases within the star system, but their identities are never discovered.[3]
The year is SFC-specific; derived from "after a century of constant warfare...".
