• 2271: Star Fleet uses precise targeting of torpedoes and phasers to resolve both severe tectonic activity and extremely cold polar fronts on Caldos II's terraforming project; orbital microwave conversion satellites are provided to power the necessary weather matrix grid.

• 2274: The Caldos II colony is founded.

• 2310s: Caldos II experiences a prolonged inter-clan feud.

• 2334: The United Federation of Planets extends full membership to Caldos II.

• 2370: Caldos II requests assistance from Star Fleet in upgrading the weather matrix grid.
