We apologize for the long wait<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What Happened?<\/strong>  When the site went offline in October, it coincided with the development of our next journal issue, &#8220;#309, <em>Guardian<\/em> class Interceptor.&#8221; To get DDLCARS back online, I first needed to update four personal wikis to the same PHP settings this site now required. This process, I&#8217;m embarrassed to say, took months to resolve. Despite Adrasil and I not being coders, we opted <em>not<\/em> to hire PHP, MediaWiki, and WordPress specialists due to the high cost.
