Vaughan Rittenhouse
Vaughan Rittenhouse (2198 – 2281) was a highly influential and controversial Star Fleet officer who served twice as Commander, Star Fleet and was the primary architect of the Federation’s post-war defensive posture along the Klingon border. Despite his significant contributions to Star Fleet’s structural modernization, his historical legacy is permanently overshadowed by his later botched attempt to overthrow President Lorna McClaren.
