Luna Shipyard was the primary maintenance facility for Earth Cargo Service freighters since the early twenty-second century, as well as the site for mandatory inspections. In the late 2140s, the shipyard also began constructing UESPA vessels following Starfleet's takeover of Earth Drydock.[1]
