History

• 2144: The Suliban Cabal initiates hostilities against the Tandarans.

• 2154: The Tandarans effectively defeat the Suliban Cabal.

After a few years, non-Cabal Suliban are released from the Tandaran detention camps and emigrate in a wide diaspora.

• 2162: The Tandarans sign a pact with the Federation, promising no interference against the Suliban refugees seeking asylum, in exchange for the Federation preventing post-war retaliatory actions by the refugees.

This occurred in either 2161 or 2162, as the pact was tested in 2163; 2162 seems more reasonable than the Federation's first year.
