I have an Aesiran (old Norse gods) faction in my home grown Civilizations universe. In my universe they are one of the "Big Four" civilizations, with the Pelorans (Related to ancient Celt gods), Shang (Chinese gods), and Roder (Russian gods) being the other three. There are dozens of others representing every major belief system ever on Terra. And then of course there are the Terrans, who've grown up and gone into space themselves, but there is no happy yuppy everybody is at peace and unity stuff that is in Star Trek. The Terrans are nearly as divided as the rest of the galaxy.
But yes, I'm a big fan of the Norse-style culture and they are fun to work with. _________________ Medron Pryde - A Proud Browncoat

I managed to get a Friday night home alone and decided to try and finish some of the masters I had started up. Made good progress on the Ala-Skan ship masters and got the main hull of the Hargonne Sogna super-dreadnought started. Havent decided 100% on the cargo module style yet though. Ilike what I bashed together in the earlier pics but it isnt close to the original designs done several years back.
The Resolute/Persevere combo command section came out nice. Now to whip up the carrier pods for the Persevere section. The Wrath will have a similar mid-section as the Revere except will have carrier pods for the interceptors on either side. The Reaper Im going to reso in plastic stock as I dont like how the wood version is turning out.
Last but not least, still am trying to decide how to do the 'retro' hull wings for the Mako. Anyway, enjoy.

I have been thinking about game rules. Especially with the new Btech fast play Battleforce rules we have been working on. With the ability to add custom weapons to HMPro/Vee/Aero, we could seriously work up some good stats that would translate to a simplified rendition of a record sheet.
This would make creation of aerospace and ground units moocho easy once the tech and weapons are locked in.

Nope, didnt mind at all. Glad someone else is helping
Finally got the contract for the new house(fingers crossed) sent in. Should know something in the next few days if the seller accepts . If so, we should be fixing and painting over Xmas break and moving right after the new year
After getting settled, then it will be back to fun and games. _________________ Kirk

Make certain you have a game room.
A game room is one of the golden privileges of home ownership. If the wife objects, note that all your "junk" can go there and not be cluttering the rest of the house. I don't think she'll object then. _________________ Medron Pryde - A Proud Browncoat

I call it my 'war room.' My perfect house will have an office, a library and a war room (and my wife knows we're not allowed to fight in the war room). Right now, I'm lucky to get the first of the three, so it is always a bit crowded. _________________

LOL, well the place finally got into is a split level on a slab. The joy of that ? The 'crawl' space has a 4 & 1/2 foot height and a concrete floor with lights So now when I say that I am going down into the hole, I really am. Will have to post pics of the lab as soon as I get my 'walls' built.
