An invasion fleet from the Dragon Worlds Alliance has jumped in to New Stars Zenith jump station. The two patrol cruisers defending the station attempted to defend the jump point but met with complete destruction. We have learned from ground based sources that the fleet, consisting of 12 vessels, is burning towards New Star at top speed. All defence forces have been placed on high alert and two ships at our Nadir jump point have been ordered to rendezvous with three other ships stationed at the Destaire Works orbital site to prepare a defence.
Meanwhile, panic has gripped the citizens in all of New Stars towns and cities. Some looting has been reported in several areas but currently police forces are keeping control of the situation. President Dan Butler is considering announcing a state of martial law in the face of the impending invasion.
